1. Park as much as possible under a carport, a shelter or in a garage.
2. Avoid parking under trees: bird droppings and plant juices contain acidic elements that tarnish your car paint. Try to remove any stains as soon as possible by washing them away with soap and water.
3. Wash your car on a regular basis, preferably by hand and with soft soap intended for that purpose.
4. Wash your car without soap during the first month after painting.
5. Avoid washing your car in full sun.
6. Never rub the bodywork with a dry cloth.
7. Avoid contact with antifreeze, petrol and diesel: they will dull the shine of your vehicle paint.
8. Winter tip: do not remove ice or snow with a scraper.
